C’mon Tigre - voice, guitar and electronics Mirko Cisilino - trumpet, flugelhorn and electronicsBeppe Scardino - saxophones and electronicsPasquale Mirra - vibraphone

Marco Frattini - drums

It’s easier to solve the Rubik’s cube than to identify and connote in a specific genre and stylistic feature the music of C’mon Tigre, but probably this is the distinctive trait of the bold duo (voice, guitar and electronics) assisted by four shining talents like Mirko Cisilino (trumpet, flugelhorn and electronics), Beppe Scardino (saxophones and electronics), Pasquale Mirra (vibraphone) and Marco Frattini (drums). C’mon Tigre is the son of a dazzling symbiosis between Visual art and music, a singular combination which ideally projects the audience into a sort of parallel dimension, in a imaginative, immersive, ipnotic, surreal journey characterized by psychedelic and visionary sounds, sometimes dreamlike, ethereal and futuristic in which the spirit of jazz hovers and - magically - it blends with Afro-jazz, hip hop, funk, disco music and Mediterranean scents. Varied and prestigious collaborations over the years,  among which those with Anouar Brahem, Fatoumata Diawara, Rodrigo Amarante, Zeca Veloso, Dhafer Youssef, Marjan Vahdat, Kae Tempest, Sampa The Great, Danny Ray Barragan, Xenia Rubinos, Mick Jenkins, Colin Stetson. The C’mon Tigre, thanks to their interesting and surprising versatility  have obtained a lot of consents in Italy and abroad, between clubs and festivals, for example: Roskilde Festival, Fiesta des Suds, Eurosonic Noorderslag, Les Rendez-vous de l'Erdre, Spring Attitude, JazzMi, Locus Festival, Villa Ada Incontra Il Mondo. The repertoire is substantially focused on three record publications: Scenario, Racines and the homonym C’mon Tigre, without excluding any surprises. C’mon Tigre’s performances overcome definitely any musical genre fence and any coercive cage, they represent perfectly the anticonformist artistic expressions, this is the reason their lives always arouse the interests of a broad- views and with an elastic mind

audience, of a listener who doesn’t allow himself to be conditioned at all by any kind of stereotype and cliché.
